CERTIFICATION
Assessment: 130 total multiple-choice questions which are broken up into the sections listed below. The certification exams are broken up by DMAIC Phase after each Training Module. There is no final exam. Must achieve 80% or higher on each phase of the exam. There are unlimited re-takes and the exam is compliant forever.
- Introduction: 30 minutes
- Define Phase: 45 minutes
- Measure Phase: 35 minutes
- Analyze Phase: 45 minutes
- Improve Phase: 45 minutes
